All our beef pho is made with the GS Pho Beef Broth – an exclusive recipe which takes over 30 hours to produce and uses 100% Australian high-grade beef. This is the gold standard of phở.
Our traditional Vietnamese baguettes are all pork free and each bánh mì is filled with tangy picked carrot and radish, chili, and cucumber served on a premium toasted baguette.
